TRENDWATCH- Ireland

            I want to say this guy is a local because he walked with swagger and was accompanied by a dog…but he was in a VERY touristy area when he confidently strolled past with no shirt on.  And don’t go thinking that it was really hot out- Ireland never gets HOT enough that a t-shirt would just be unbearable.  I thought it must be the trend on the Island so…when in Rome.  How embarrassing- this is not a trend to be followed and will only bring females negative attention*.

*No, I never took my shirt off.
